Privacy
Your brain-health data never leaves your phone.
This is the privacy policy for the My Brain Sage app. It is short because the app is built so there is little to say.
My Brain Sage has no server. Your data is not encrypted on our servers. It is not on our servers at all. It stays on your device, under your control.
Last updated 27 July 2026.
What the app stores
Everything you log in My Brain Sage, your daily entries, your scores, your history, your generated brain-health profile, is stored locally on your own device. It is never transmitted to the developer or to any third party. There is no account to create and no cloud database holding your information.
If you choose to use your device's own backup service, such as iCloud or Google Drive, your app data may be included in that backup. That backup is yours, governed by your agreement with Apple or Google and the developer has no access to it.
What the app does not do
My Brain Sage contains no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking. The app does not collect your name, email, location, contacts or browsing activity, and it holds no identifier that points to you. It does not build a profile of you for any purpose other than the brain-health insights shown to you, on your device, inside the app. The one piece of technical data that leaves the device is the minimal information the subscription service needs, described below.
Subscriptions and purchases
The app offers a subscription after a free trial. Subscription purchases are processed by Apple or Google through their app stores and managed using RevenueCat, a subscription-management service. RevenueCat receives the information needed to confirm and maintain your subscription: your purchase and renewal status, together with basic technical details it collects by default, such as your device type and operating system and the time the app was last opened. It assigns your device an anonymous identifier that is not linked to your name, your email or any account. This information is used solely to manage your subscription. It is not used for advertising or tracking, and it never gives the developer, or RevenueCat, access to your brain-health data.
Payment details themselves, your card or account, are handled entirely by Apple or Google. The developer never sees them.
Requesting deletion of your data
Almost everything My Brain Sage knows about you lives only on your device. To delete it, delete the app. That removes your logs, scores and notes completely, because no copy of them exists anywhere else.
The one exception is a small subscription record, kept by the subscription service RevenueCat so that your purchase keeps working. It holds your purchase and renewal status against a random device code, never your name or your email. To have it deleted, email the support address with 'deletion' in the subject line and the developer will arrange it with RevenueCat. Deletion happens within 30 days. Records of the payment itself are held by Apple or Google under their own policies.
Children
My Brain Sage is designed for adults and older teenagers. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age required by their local app store.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date. The core commitment, that your brain-health data stays on your device, is permanent and will not change.
